The Partners Insurance Gets New Avant Site

One of Greater Binghamton's largest insurance and financial services firms wanted a facelift of their Internet presence - one Avant delivered.

The Partners Insurance, based in Vestal, NY with offices in Owego and Waverly, NY as well, has served clients throughout the Southern Tier for decades, and traces its roots all the way back to 1937. The current firm was created in 1985 and is celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2010. As part of that celebration, they wanted a modern look and feel to their website to better tell their story, and sought out Avant IT's help to do it. 

The Partners existing site had been created in-house by staff many years prior. It had served the practical purpose of making sure those who came knew how to reach them and gave basic information about the services they offer, but it lacked panache and did not really reflect the agency's image. We took the reins of the project and began the process of putting together a site that represented them effectively and told the story of their agency - a group of smart, talented people who live and work in our community. They are your neighbors and baseball coaches, not some out-of-town corporation.

The new site benefits from Avant's highly customizable development platform that lets our customers have significant control over their own website, even if they do not have sophisticated web programming skills - if they can use Microsoft Word to write a document, they can use our tools to update their website. Building on these easy-to-use tools and tying in to other marketing initiatives for their 25th anniversary, the new site tells a fresh, new story about The Partners and helps reinforce the message that they are here to stay in our community.
